Exhibition and convention centers are reconfigured weekly — a single hall may be split into three smaller conference rooms one week and combined into one large exhibition space the next. The BNA 9000-i125-HA IP server's software-based zone management handles this without any physical rewiring: zone configurations change through a simple interface. BNA IP-H15-POE ceiling speakers are installed at regular 6m intervals throughout the hall — the zone assignment of each speaker changes in software based on the hall configuration. BNA 9300 IP desktop call stations at each divisible hall's organizer desk enable event-specific paging within their zone. BNA 9100 SIP master station at the venue management office handles facility-wide emergency broadcasts that override all event audio simultaneously. Lobby and outdoor plaza zones remain permanent with fixed content schedules.
