IP PA system for a large automobile assembly factory with paint shop, body shop, and general assembly integration?
Industry: factory | Architecture: IP
An automobile assembly factory has multiple distinct environments under one roof. The paint shop has solvent vapor hazard, the body shop has intense press and welding noise above 100dB, and the general assembly line needs clear shift and line-stop announcements. The BNA 9000-i125-HA IP server manages all shops as independent zones from the plant PA room. BNA IP-H15-POE horn speakers in the body shop are mounted at 10m intervals with increased output to cut through welding noise. In the paint shop, IP-rated speakers with appropriate spacing ensure solvent-safe operation. BNA 9200 IP field call stations at each shop entry allow shop supervisors to alert the control room. BNA 9100 SIP master station at the production manager's office handles shift announcements and line-stop broadcasts. BNA EI-4104 integrates the PA with the plant EPABX for combined telephone-PA routing.
