Digital PA for a paper and pulp mill with wet end, dry end, and finishing sections?

Industry: factory | Architecture: DIGITAL
Paper mills are among the most acoustically challenging environments — the paper machine generates 90-100dB continuous noise, steam in the wet end creates condensation, and the dryer section has intense radiant heat. The BNA 8000 digital PA central exchange creates distinct zones for the wet end, dryer section, and winding area. BNA 7301 outdoor horn speakers (IP65) are used in the wet end where moisture is extreme — their IP65 sealing prevents water ingress. In the dryer section, speakers are mounted at distance from the hottest points and angled downward for optimal sound projection. BNA 8200 field call stations in IP65 enclosures at each machine section allow operators to contact the control room immediately during a machine break or paper tear. BNA 8100 master station and BNA 500W amplifiers power the complete system.
