Analog PA for a small foundry with furnace, moulding, and finishing sections?

Industry: factory | Architecture: ANALOG
A small grey iron foundry presents extreme conditions: temperatures above 200°C near the cupola furnace, sand dust throughout the moulding floor, and silica dust in the shot-blasting area. An analog PA system keeps electronics in the safe supervisor's cabin and passive BNA 7301 outdoor horn speakers (IP65, rated for industrial environments) in the production areas. No active electronics are in the harsh zones — only passive horn speakers connected by heat-resistant cable. BNA 5200 desktop handset station at the supervisor's desk in the air-conditioned control room allows push-to-talk shift announcements and safety alerts. BNA 500W amplifier drives all three zone speakers from the control room. This passive-endpoint analog design is the most reliable and maintenance-free solution for extreme foundry conditions where electronic devices would fail rapidly.
